1. I can't log in.

  1. 1. Your log-in name is actually your e-mail address. Enter this, using only lower case characters.
  2. 2. Check that you are entering the password correctly. Special characters in particular can regularly cause problems.

2. I've forgotten my user name.

Your log-in name is your e-mail address. Your log-in name can only comprise lower-case letters.

3. I've forgottten my password

You can set a new password by clicking on "Forgotten your password?" on the log-in screen. You are then asked to enter your user name (e-mail address). Fill in one of the two fields and click on "Send". You will then be sent new access details within a short while. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, please contact the support team. They will be happy to help you.

4. I want to change my e-mail address.

Unfortunately you cannot change your e-mail address via the profile settings. Please contact the support team via the contact box to do this.

5. What are the system requirements?

The e-learning course is created in Flash. You will need a standard Flash-Player. The e-learning course can run in any standard browser, provided that the version is not more thant 2 years old. Please ensure that the pop-up blocker is not activated for this application.

6. I want to allow pop-ups

  1. 1. If you use Internet Explorer: Click on the "Tools" button in the top right corner, then select "Internet options". In the "Privacy" tab, select "Settings" in the "Pop-up Blocker" section. Under "Exceptions, enter the address "http://lms.tuev-sued.com". Click on "Add". Now close the window and restart the e-learning course.
  2. If you use Mozilla Firefox:
  3. Click on the Menu button in the top right corner and select "Options". Under "Content", click on "Exceptions" in the "Pop-ups" section and enter the address "http://lms.tuev-sued.com". Click on "Allow". Restart Mozilla Firefox or reload the e-learning course.
